resists  the  proud  but  gives  grace  to  the
          humble.  So  submit  yourselves  therefore  to
          God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

          Draw  close  to  God,  and  he  will  draw  close  to
          you. Clean your hands you  sinners, and purify

          your  hearts  you  double-minded.  Be  afflicted,
          and  mourn,  and  weep:  let  your  laughter  be
          turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.
          Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and
          he shall lift you up.

          Do not speak evil of one another, brethren. He
          that  speaks  evil  of  his brother,  and  judges  his

          brother, speaks evil of the law, and judges the
          law: but if you judge the law, you are not a doer
          of  the  law,  but  a  judge.  There  is  only  one
          lawgiver  who  can  save  and  destroy:  who  are
          you to judge another?


          2 Flee youthful lusts: and follow righteousness,
          faith,  charity,  peace,  with  them  that  call  on
          the Lord from a pure heart. But avoid foolish
          and  unlearned  questions,  knowing  that  they
          gender strife. The servant of the Lord must not

          strive;  but  be  gentle  unto  all  men,  apt  to
