he might be the firstborn among many
brethren. Moreover, whom he predestined,
those he also called, and whom he called, he
also justified, and whom he justified, those he
also glorified. What shall we then say to these
things? If God be for us, who can be
against us? He that spared not his own Son,
but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not
with him also freely give us all things? Who
shall lay anything to the charge of God's elect?
It is God who justifies.
12 Being born again to a lively hope by the
resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, to
an incorruptible inheritance, undefiled,
and that fades not away, reserved in heaven
for you, who are kept by the power of God
through faith unto salvation ready to be
revealed in the last time; 13 because it was not
by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own
blood he entered once into the holy place,
having obtained eternal redemption for us.
For if the blood of bulls and goats, and the
ashes of a heifer sprinkling the unclean,
