will, to the praise of the glory of his grace, he
has made us accepted in the beloved.
5 Even so, when we were children, were in
bondage under the elements of the world: but
in the fullness of time, God sent his Son, made
of a woman, made under the law, to redeem
them that were under the law, that we would
receive the adoption of sons. And because
you are sons, God has sent forth the Spirit of
his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father;
so, you are no more a servant, but a son; and if
a son, then an heir of God through Christ.
6 Even the sincere expectation of creation
awaits the manifestation of the sons of
God. Because creation was made subject to
vanity, not willingly, but by reason of him who
has subjected the same in hope; and so,
creation itself shall also be delivered from the
bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty
of the children of God. For we know that all of
creation groans and travails in pain together
until now. And not only they, but ourselves
also, which have the first fruits of the Spirit,
